Non-Identifying Logs Automatically Collected (Cookies / Server Logs): When browsing pages on Thai REITs, US stocks, and commodities, the server automatically records anonymous device data: IP address, browser, operating system, pages visited, time spent, click path, device ID; This data is used only for REIT market page optimization, website traffic statistics, and protection against batch scraping of trust and commodity data. It cannot individually identify a natural person.
3. No Active Collection of Sensitive Privacy Information: Unless necessary for business, we never collect highly sensitive data such as ID cards, passports, bank cards, securities/REIT trading accounts, assets, biometric data, full phone numbers; Only passively received when you voluntarily upload business cooperation materials.

2. Legal Uses of Information

• Respond to inquiries about Thai REITs, macro commodities, submissions, and business communication emails;
• Optimize experience for real estate trust, crude oil, US stock real-time market data and weekly newsletter delivery;
• Anonymously aggregate traffic to generate statistical reports on Southeast Asian real estate finance (all personal identifiers removed, non-traceable);
• Identify malicious crawlers, abnormal access, and cyber attacks to ensure stable market data;
• Comply with Singapore, Thai, China, and US judicial/regulatory authorities' legally issued document requests for information;
• Send weekly REIT & Macro newsletter you voluntarily subscribed to (can be unsubscribed at any time).

3. Information Storage & Retention Period

• Storage Location: Singapore compliant cloud servers, meeting PDPA cross-border data storage standards;
• Retention Period: Email correspondence records: retained for 3 years, then automatically encrypted and archived; Website access logs: retained for only 90 days, then automatically deleted; Business cooperation forms: retained for 2 years after cooperation ends, users may request early deletion; Anonymization: all industry statistics have personal information removed, non-traceable to individual users.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure Rules

We solemnly promise: without your explicit written consent, we will never sell, rent, or share your personally identifiable information with third parties. Disclosure is only permitted in the following legitimate scenarios:

• User's prior written authorization for sharing;
• Singapore, Thai, China, or US regulatory/judicial authorities issue legal documents requesting information;
• Website acquisition or equity change, where the successor entity equally abides by this privacy statement;
• Providing de-identified logs to network security service providers to ensure system stability;
• Emergency situations where disclosure is necessary to protect the personal or property safety of users or the public.

Third-party advertising and traffic analysis plugins only receive anonymous traffic and cannot obtain identity information such as name or email.

• Right of Access: Obtain a copy of all personal information retained on the platform;
• Right of Rectification: Correct incorrect or outdated contact information;
• Right of Deletion: Delete all email and cooperation form records;
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Cancel REIT newsletter subscription, disable Cookie tracking;
• Right to Erasure: Permanently delete member account and clear all data;
• Right to Object: If you have doubts about our information processing, submit to compliance team for review.

• Regular server security audits and vulnerability scans; established data breach contingency plan;
• All employees sign data confidentiality agreements; strictly prohibited from unauthorised export or external sharing of user privacy.

The internet has inherent security risks; 100% absolute protection cannot be guaranteed. Please do not upload highly sensitive files such as REIT trading account details or ID documents to this site.

8. Protection of Minors

This site is intended for adult real estate professionals and cross-border investors. We do not actively collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If we inadvertently obtain such data, we will immediately and completely delete all related information.

9. Privacy Statement Update Mechanism

The platform may revise this statement periodically based on Singapore PDPA, China and Thailand data regulations, and business adjustments. Updated versions will be posted at the bottom of the site and become effective upon posting. Material changes will be notified via email to existing correspondents. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of all terms in the new version.
